APPLICATIONS

This machine is suitable for grinding, external bevelling and manual polishing on the top and the bottom of tableware and lighting objects.

DESCRIPTIONS

The machine is manufactured in inox steel. The rolls are dressed in special rubber for no vibrations. They are rectified and allow high speed rotation of the abrasive belt till 18 Mt/sec. With the traditional abrasives is obtained a good result, for example with silicon carbide or corundum. The same good result is obtained with cork belt for polishing. It is also possible to utilize diamon belts. The working light can be adjusted sliding a protection carter from 200 to 800 mm. The tension system for the abrasive belt is pneumatic controlled by means of a regulator and a pressure gauge. The standard development of the machine is 3000x200, but is possible to have other developments on request.
