Automatic drill with opposite points studied for drilling hollow glass objects (ex. centrifuged lighting articles, bases for lamps, blown items etc).

DESCRIPTIONS

The drill with two opposite heads allows to work all the requirements for drilling the hollow glasses. It is equipped with press-glass with linear precision guides placed inside the up head, repaired from the water splashes and from the glass powders. The expulsion of the carrots is automatic. The shafts holding drills are made in inox special steel and they are mounted on precision bearings. The run of the upper head is 150 mm. The run of the head below is 250 mm from the table where the glass is placed. They are controlled by brushless motors, through touch screen display. Drills rotation speed changeable by means of an inverter and visible on display.
